tom_widdows Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 See this is 'all ticket' and I havent seen anywhere which says they may choose to sell any leftovers from a portacabin outside the ground. Anyone seen or heard anything different for those of us who might have the chance of going but wont know till the day? IN/OOT - unknown Pre-match - either driving from the highlands or sleeping late Match - preferably Stand behind the goal or wandering about somethwhere Post Match - Driving back to Glasgow or wandering about somewhere Prediction - 1-1 (Fallon) Quote
mizer Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 IN/OOT - In Pre-match - Mulled Cider Match - Away Stand Post Match - Carnage in Edinburgh Prediction - Depending on which team turns up for us a 5-0 win or a 1-1 draw Quote
CtS Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 Oot, but maybe in. Outlaws, but hopefully driving to Dundee. Dinna ken Big mad orgy Craig Broon on the Dens Park touchline shouting "On my signal, unleash Hell!" Quote
Jute Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 IN/OOT - In Pre-match - Train then some random boozers between station and ground Match - Away Stand Post Match - some random bozzers between ground and station then train to Edinburgh Prediction - Even playing pish we should be good enough to beat this mob. Madbadteacher Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 Oot Dunno Online, listening to redTV pish, donStalker chat? Maybe watching some real fitba on ESPN at same time (ManU/N'castle was good enough even the wife liked it (and she's a yank) enough to start calling it football not sacca) Dunno Erchie Knox to explode with apoplexy Quote
Stewart Posted December 28, 2012 Report Posted December 28, 2012 Fraser, Milsom and Hughes all back in the squad according to Northsound. Quote
RedTilIDie1903 Posted December 28, 2012 Report Posted December 28, 2012 Any pub recommendations for pre-match near the ground with lots of Dons fans? Quote
manc_don Posted December 28, 2012 Report Posted December 28, 2012 I'd imagine the police will be all over this fixture thanks to the minky dhims on Boxing Day. I've only ever gone to Whities. Edit: this is on the AFC site: A number of pubs around the ground are undertaking no one under 25 policy. Tayside Police also want to remind people that it is an offence to consume alcohol in the street and if caught you will issued with a fixed penalty. Quote
tom_widdows Posted December 28, 2012 Author Report Posted December 28, 2012 No tickets on sale on the day. Need 2 get them today in person or buy on the phone/ net and pick them up from the team bus between 145 and 215 tomorrow. Means I'm oot. Quote
Jute Posted December 28, 2012 Report Posted December 28, 2012 Brother is a steward at Dundee says we are to expect cops and door staff to be very strict on Saturday and anyone who is suspected of being drunk is to be refused entry following the behaviour of the Plastics on Boxing Day. Quote
Reekie_Red Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 following the behaviour of the Plastics on Boxing Day Best fans in the world, my fuckin arse! What I found even more hilarious is the fact that the huns are up in arms about the disgraceful behaviour of the Timothy in Dundee. Pot kettle and all that shite. Quote
manc_don Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 So is Hughes back in contention for this one then? Vernon has certainly tried in midfield and no-one can fault his professionalism, but we need a proper midfielder playing there. COYR, lets end the year on a high! Quote
Kowalski Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 Great to see a Dons player getting a hat-trick. Great result! Quote
Stewart Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 First league win at Dens since Boxing Day 2002 I think. Anyone know the last dons player to get a perfect hattrick? Rab Douglas is tremendous. Quote
BigAl Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 Great result, but the news about Consi has taken the shine well and truely off it unfortunately Quote
manc_don Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 Aye, some folk on MAD were actually suggesting we brought rab Douglas in. Mental! Great result and great for McGinn. Any news on how serious der Kaisers injury is Quote
Stewart Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 Broken leg and out for the season. Quote
Jute Posted December 30, 2012 Report Posted December 30, 2012 Thought it was pretty poor first half yesterday but once we got goal there was only going to be one winner. McGinn was excellent and thought Hayes had a good 2nd half. Think we may have to fend off interest from English clubs in McGinn come January 1st. Dundee were rotten and look like they will be going straight back down unless they get some players in January. Quote
maverick sheep Posted December 30, 2012 Report Posted December 30, 2012 perfect antidote to boxing day. smith in particular was superb. absolutely gutted consi's out though. our injuries really are beyond belief. Quote

Not getting too excited just yet, need to beat the Arabs before I'll get excited. Interesting times being a dons fan at the moment, it could be a good season. Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted December 30, 2012 Report Posted December 30, 2012 Consi's injury looked hellish. Quote
