Aberdeen have a doubt over Joe Shaughnessy for Tuesday's encounter with Ross County after he broke his nose in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Kilmarnock.

The Dons remain without Isaac Osbourne, Andrew Considine and Chris Clark.

Ross County have a full squad with Ivan Sproule looking to continue his goalscoring run.

Steffen Wohlfarth is pushing for a start after coming off the bench for the fifth time since his January move.

Aberdeen manager Craig Brown: "I thought we played well enough against St Mirren and didn't get the goal we needed. We played well first half against Dundee.

"We played consistently well and had five really good chances at Kilmarnock, and obviously hit the post and had the controversial penalty decision.

"The lads can't be faulted for recent performances. We need to maintain that.

"We have five games before the split, three at home, and we just ask the home support to be as supportive as the away support, and I'm sure we will get the points that take us up into the top half."

Ross County manager Derek Adams: "We would like to keep the run going. We are under no illusions how difficult it is going to Pittodrie.

"We have done well against them this season, we have won one and drawn one.

"We go there in a positive frame of mind after an impressive performance against Motherwell."

Aberdeen Football Club will not be offering any meat products within Pittodrie Stadium during this evening's SPL match against Ross County. Sodexo, AFC's catering partner, took the decision to withdraw all frozen and processed beef products for which they do not have evidence of DNA testing. Only when they have this assurance will they allow new products into their business as an assurance of their and the Club's commitment to food safety, traceability and quality.

Additional supplies of macaroni and chicken pies have been ordered for tonight's match and Aberdeen Football Club apologise for any inconvenience caused.

:o

Best of luck to anyone trying a "chicken pie" tonight  :stretcher:

Absolutely fuming, how on earth do we struggle against that?? Why is Fallon playing instead of McManus, Smith, Vernon, Pawlett, Milsom or me?? Why didnt the board spend in January when we needed to push for 2nd?? Just horrible, last time I look forward to something that involves AFC... Until next year (unfortunately more like two weeks when top 3 becomes realistic again so we can fuck up again)
