Tickets/Turnstiles

 

This game is all ticket. There are no cash turnstiles. Tickets for the Aberdeen Section can only be purchased from the AFC ticket Office.

 

Pre Ordered tickets can be uplifted from the AFC team coach between 1.45pm and 2 .15pm. The coach will be parked opposite the Celtic Superstore.

 

Random searching will be in place at the turnstiles.

 

Road works

 

There are major road works on London Road preventing traffic travelling East as you approach the stadium. As you approach the stadium from the east, there are diversion signs in place preventing you travelling along London Road past Celtic Park.

 

There is also planned road works on the A90 south at The Myrekirk roundabout on the Kingsway Dundee, between 0700hrs and 1930hrs. The south bound carriageway will be closed and a contraflow system will operate on the northbound carriageway. Expect delays and allow extra time for your journey.

 

Coach Parking

 

Coaches will be allowed access westwards on London Road to the Stadium, where the coaches will be turned to face eastwards on London Road opposite Kinloch Street. This is only a few minutes walk from the visitors end.

 

Car Parking

 

There are no designated car parks for visiting supporters. There is off street parking available, however check if there is any restrictions in place.

 

Flags

 

Large flags and flags on 1meter canes are allowed provided they are not offensive and when displayed do not the the view of spectators, advertising boards or passageways.

 

Weather

 

For those driving from Aberdeen please note the Met Office have issued an amber snow warning for the Aberdeen and Grampian area on Saturday from 09:00 to 24:00.

Aberdeen FC face Celtic in the SPL today as the countdown to Brown’s retirement starts in earnest.

It could yet prove to be his last as a top class boss  – with Aberdeen FC facing an enforced break after the Parkhead trip  because Scotland are in World Cup action next weekend.

For the moment though, Brown expects to be in charge for their final eight matches of the campaign.

I wonder if yon greeting faced wee shite is the same guy who talked to his mate about something completely unrelated as Ryan jack waltzed trough the Celtic defence and then described the end result as 'one of those goals that just happens'?
