mizer Posted November 18, 2013 Report Posted November 18, 2013 DEREK McInnes today urged his Dons players to forget their surprise defeat by Hearts. McInnes was disappointed to have gone down 3-1 at home to the Scottish Premiership’s bottom side in their last outing before the international break. But he’s confident his players will bounce back and give table leaders Celtic a fight for the points in Glasgow on Saturday. McInnes said: “You can be sure the players will be eager to show we are still a good side. “We can’t allow that one defeat by Hearts to cast a shadow over all the good things we have done so far this season. “We’ve had some great results, despite problems with injuries and sending offs. “There was also a lot more right than wrong for us in the Hearts match.” Quote
Madbadteacher Posted November 18, 2013 Report Posted November 18, 2013 So he's reminding them of it to get them to forget? Quote
manc_don Posted November 18, 2013 Report Posted November 18, 2013 So he's reminding them of it to get them to forget? I never understand that either. But I guess it's been a slow news day. Quote
