Andrew Posted May 16, 2014 Author Report Posted May 16, 2014 I had a few whiskies and was watching tv. Chatting to my flat mate about travelling and he was talking about travelling. He went to bed and I booked a flight to New York. I am really a little bit pissed though. I can only really go for a month though as I need to go back for a conor oberst gig/trip to Amsterdam in July. Anyway got any tips on where to go in the USA? I am so scared of looking for a job so I thought this would be a good of putting it off. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted May 16, 2014 Report Posted May 16, 2014 Go to vegas, put it all on number 7 Ridiculous advice. It's got to be number 20 you put it on, Andrew. Quote

Andrew Posted May 16, 2014 Author Report Posted May 16, 2014 Come visit me in Chicagoland, just off route 66 (really!) Booked flights going to spend 11 nights in the North east then fly from Washington to Seattle and then spend 20 nights making my way down the coast to then fly home from LA so going to be nowhere near Chicago. Will see you in LA then, as we watch England get pumped in the World Cup. And it all started for me when I went to NYC in 2006 - along with Tyrant - ended up moving to Greece, NYC, London then LA right after that trip  Quote

Andrew Posted August 30, 2014 Author Report Posted August 30, 2014 Go to vegas, put it all on number 7 - win, then live like a king for a month, or lose, and become a hopeless crackheid. Scared to look for a job - but mintal enough to book a trip to NYC for a month when ye've got nae income I won a pretty good amount in Vegas. Enough for a few strippers and a massive steak and bit left over. Great night. I was scared to walk home the night I won! Anyway now I am unemployed, pretty depressed and all that. Where now? Anywhere? I want a job and if Scotland votes no I am leaving. Also is this it? I am drinking too much. I have stoped drinking by myself though ! Quote

tom_widdows Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 England - a country that runs itself. Think you might want to spend some time in the North of England and see how they feel about the way Englandshire is Governed. Think the Midlands/ Birmingham etc will have some choice views too. Quote
