tom_widdows Posted March 5, 2014 Author Report Posted March 5, 2014 I'd thought Caley's allocation was max 13000 which included the standard restricted views away fans get and That should leave 47000 tickets available for dons fans. Id have though they could even offer 3000 odd in the standard away section take us up to 50000 but no doubt they will have already sold some of them to caley fans. Quote
tlg1903 Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Anyone else starting to feel apprehensive about this? Quote
tom_widdows Posted March 5, 2014 Author Report Posted March 5, 2014 fuxache ssssshhhhhhhhh Hot potato, orchestra stalls, Puck will make amends. Quote
tom_widdows Posted March 6, 2014 Author Report Posted March 6, 2014 Caley apparently shifted approx 6000 so far. Dont think that even fills their section of the lower tier. Think they are hoping for a positive result against the arabs this weekend to boost last minute sales. Hope they can at least get their upper tier opened even if it is for only a few hundred fans. (especially as apparently the cops dont want rival fans sitting above and below each other) Quote

Think they are hoping for a positive result against the arabs this weekend to boost last minute sales. Surely not? It's a cup final, and their first ever major cup final appearance. Is a positive result in a league game a week before really going to be the deciding factor for their fans? I think it's more the case that they just don't have many fans. Quote
CtS Posted March 6, 2014 Report Posted March 6, 2014 Agree with BB, just don't think they have the fan base. In contrast, there were already between 80-100 dandies queuing outside a locked pittodrie ticket office at 9am today. Quote
mini59dons Posted March 6, 2014 Report Posted March 6, 2014 I'm worried about this! Seems to be a helluva lot of tickets sold, hope its not Folk buying up all they are allowed and planning to sell them on! I'm happy though, just found out this afternoon that Crown Casino in Perth have the game on the big screen. The Monday is booked aff! COYR!! Quote

Andrew Posted March 6, 2014 Report Posted March 6, 2014 Anyone else still waiting for their ticket to be posted out Yes and I'm getting tickets for nine other folk as well through a mates mate who is getting them through a supporters club. I'm worried about getting lynched if it doesn't come through. But at least other folk don't have their tickets as well. Quote

Andrew Posted March 8, 2014 Report Posted March 8, 2014 its going to be funny if these 100 nuggets actually march past thousands of dons fans ! what are the police thinking. especially when they sing their shite I saw a video of them on youtube about those folk. It really is disgusting how irrational these folk are. How can they give a fuck about stupid meanings like religion and nationalist to such an extent. The hate they pour out because of such silly things. Take a step back FFS. Apart from the Queen I hate nobody. Quote
Andrew Posted March 8, 2014 Report Posted March 8, 2014 Also my mate who is getting my tickets through a mate through a mate through a supporters club told me he is getting it through the Globe Reds. I really hope you guys are keeping my tickets safe. The last league cup final was one my first games and since then it has been years of disappointment. If I miss this final I will not know what to do. Quote
