mizer Posted February 11, 2014 Report Posted February 11, 2014 HUNDREDS of young Aberdeen FC fans could score free tickets to the League Cup final under plans announced today. City council chiefs are to buy up seats for the game against Inverness Caledonian Thistle in Glasgow next month. Finance convener Willie Young said the goal was to give people the chance to cheer the Dons on and enjoy a family day out. And he said the council was in talks with football authorities about spending up to £50,000 on the deal. The Dons will line up against Inverness Caledonian Thistle at Parkhead – Celtic’s home ground – on March 16. Quote
