glasgow sheep Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 What a great weekend. We win a game we really should have lost The arabs get well and truely horsed by Falkirk Hibs fold against ICT, again And the future Champs League winners get beaten at home. Then even sellick manage to drop a point at home to St Mirren......SAINT MIRREN!! Probably just as well for the huns they got their game cancelled as gretna would probably have hammered them. Anyway bring on 3rd. 3rd by Jan? 1 Celtic 15 26 33 2 Rangers 14 23 31 3 Motherwell 16 5 29 4 Hibernian 16 4 26 5 Dundee Utd 16 3 26 6 Aberdeen 16 0 24 7 Hearts 16 -1 20 8 Inverness CT 16 -9 19 9 Falkirk 15 -3 18 10 Kilmarnock 16 -7 16 11 St Mirren 15 -16 15 12 Gretna 15 -25 5 Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 I swear, I didn't think we'd score at all yesterday, sobriety at a match really doesn't suit me. But do you really think we should have lost that game? I just thought it was a crap game. Quote

TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 Of that there's no doubt. There's goals in them there boots Lee! Quote
Guest swaddon Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 If we keep up this form, then there's no reason we shouldn't be in the top 4 by the start of the year. On the other hand, we may well implode again and start dropping silly points. But this is AFC, you never know what's going to happen next. Quote
Penfold Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 The game against Motherwell is massive now. A win and we're in with a good chance of staying up with that pack but lose and we give them the chance to move away from us again. Hibernian v Falkirk Kilmarnock v Gretna Motherwell v Aberdeen Rangers v Hearts St Mirren v Dundee Utd Inverness v Celtic Most games could go either way. Falkirk doing well and St Mirren coming off the back of that point yesterday. Quote
Ajja Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 ...and just for good measure, the tarts could be 9th come next week Quote
Madbadteacher Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 How many teams are so greatful to Gretna this season eh? Quote
TheChimp Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 How many teams are so greatful to Gretna this season eh? Hearts for one. Quote
CtS Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 We've got a couple of tough games coming up, Motherwell and Rangers, if we could win one of those or even get a couple of draws I think we'll be set up nicely going into the New Year. It's amazing how quick things can change, couple of good results and life is good again. And we've got the Copenhagen game to look forward to for good measure. Quote
Stewart Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 Not looking too bad now, hope we can keep the form up and get a bit further up the table. Quote
