Surely if it is confirmed in 2008 that she is legally dead, then that's enough? Lord Lucan went missing in the 1970s and was only declared dead in 1981, so technically 1981 was the year of his death. When a celeb is legally deemed to be dead then whoever has them gets a point. .....but what if that 'celeb' is actually just a small child whose parents tried to sedate her so they could enjoy a nice meal and a few drinks and it all went horribly wrong and not a celeb after all ?
