Harcus Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Agreed Padre. Surely it would make more sense for the four celebs myself and Nellie have to go into their own playoff, and a new year to start immediately. I also reckon there are a lot of potentially good Celeb Death players being tied up by users who no longer frequent Donstalk. I would be willing to sort it out if you are sick of it FJ? Quote
El Padre™ Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Its not really sudden death though is it? It's just keep playing till someone wins. Might as well open the transfer window and just keep playing as normal, or just start anew with no new champion. Quote
Harcus Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 No worries. Some additional deaths - Linda Uttley http://www.scrumqueens.com/news/168-tributes-pour-in-for-uttley.html Patriach Pavle http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patriarch_Pavle_of_Serbia Claude Levi Strauss http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claude_L%C3%A9vi-Strauss Ludovic Kennedy http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8314778.stm Edna Parker http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edna_Parker Joey Bishop http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joey_Bishop By my calculations that leaves a four way sudden death between myself, Nellie, Baldrick and Monkey. Also, El Padre and Chief Wiggum both have BB King. Christ I'm bored. Quote
Mentorred Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Chief Wiggum is dead. Was talking to him on Hogmany, He never comes on here now. Goes to one of the other message boards. Quote
El Padre™ Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Was talking to him on Hogmany, He never comes on here now. Goes to one of the other message boards. Ego he is dead. Dead to ME. Quote
CtS Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 This new over-complicated 'sudden death' rule sounds pish. Why don't we just have a top six/bottom six split towards the end of the season to really confuse people? Fatjim must go, I'll organise the protest banners. Harcus - your time of destiny is upon us. Or something. Quote
Goldie03 Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Otto the world's oldest dog has died too Quote
BrownyBrown Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 I see 'Chemical Ali' has been sentenced to death for the 4th time. Quote
Nellie The Don Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 Benny Harvey, RIP. Gone but not forgotten. What a guy! Quote
glasgowdon Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 Benny Harvey, RIP. He'll be missed. Quote
Harcus Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 I see 'Chemical Ali' has been sentenced to death for the 4th time. Just fucking hang him you bastards! Then I can ride into the sunset with the title that is rightfully mine... Honestly though, I think the main failing of this war on terror in Iraq is the inability of the Americans to illustrate how to execute prisoners to the Iraqis. Quote

Face it Harcus, he's been sitting in front of the open goal, scratching his head and wondering what to do next for years now. He's the Darren Mackie of celebrity deaths. Quote
dave_min Posted January 19, 2010 Report Posted January 19, 2010 Anyone have Bill McLaren? Fatjims mum did. Quote
mizer Posted January 19, 2010 Report Posted January 19, 2010 Good bloke and made rugby interesting to watch. Quote
bilbobaggins Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 Rugby interesting to watch? No, not ever. Quote
Guest rocket debris Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 Rugby interesting to watch? No, not ever. I liked the 1980, or was it 1990, Calcutta Cup. David Sole/Soul et al. (switches to Jonathan Watson voice mimicing WGS) Will I ever watch a rugby match for the rest of my life? Nawww. Got to admire Bill McLaren's work. The ultimate pro. Never missed a beat. Knew his shit. Quote
El Padre™ Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 That's common knowledge anyway. You meant Fatjim's mum did though. Fatjim is mum did? That makes no sense. Quote
CtS Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 Which of these sentences is true? a) CtS did fatjims mum. b) Minijc did fatjims' mum. c) Fatjim did fatjim's mum. I think we can rule out B. Quote
Guest rocket debris Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 b looks the most likely. Can't prove it. Quote
