BigAl Posted October 22, 2014 Report Posted October 22, 2014 First of a couple of massive home games for us this Friday. Expect McCall to set his team out to play their usual smash and grab routine on us by soaking up the pressure and hitting us on the counter attack and from set pieces. Even this early in the season a win is imperative for us and anything less unacceptable. Have never been amongst the most vocal anti Langfield crowd, but surely we have reached a point where he needs dropped and told to fight for his starting position. Please also lets not start Robson in midfield and he should be kept in reserve on the bench. Out Work Watching on TV Bed 2-0 Rooney & Shankland (late sub off the bench to secure the points) COYR Quote
manc_don Posted October 22, 2014 Report Posted October 22, 2014 Out Work Watching on TV, probably in the flat with TC Hopefully a quiet one... 1-1, Rooney They seem to be a massive bogey team for us, not sure if it's just psychological or what. I really hope they don't have a turn of form against us. Quote
Tyrant Posted October 23, 2014 Report Posted October 23, 2014 In Work then possibly BK South Stand Home 2-0 Goodwillie Quote

Jute Posted October 23, 2014 Report Posted October 23, 2014 Hopefully Anderson is back for Taylor and we stick with 4-4-2. Well have had a shockingly bad start to the season and would like to see us go after them from the off tomorrow. Out - Shite Friday night football Meal with mates Pub for game Home 2-0 Dons Rooney Quote

Mentorred Posted October 24, 2014 Report Posted October 24, 2014 Langfield dropped finally Saw Brown Flapping at one point Quote
manc_don Posted October 24, 2014 Report Posted October 24, 2014 Saw Brown Flapping at one point He could kick though Quote
Jute Posted October 25, 2014 Report Posted October 25, 2014 Ugly win against a piss poor team but still a win. Well look like they are stick ons for one of the bottom two places. As for Brown flapped at first cross and never came for one after that which was concerning but hard to tell if he is any good as Well offered so little going forward. Quote
tlg1903 Posted October 26, 2014 Report Posted October 26, 2014 On a positive note I thought flood had an excellent game, his first this season imo. The 451 and 523 that McInnes employed though the game suited his play much more than 442. Quote
ally s Posted October 27, 2014 Report Posted October 27, 2014 Happy we won but by fuck that was dire. Long overdue but McInnes made the correct decision in dropping Langfield. Flood played well, as did McGinn. I thought after the goal we'd go on to win very comfortably, Motherwell are a team bereft of confidence. As they say though a win's a win. Upwards and onwards. Quote
Tyrant Posted October 28, 2014 Report Posted October 28, 2014 Brown must start the next game. He did well and it was a luxury to see such half decent kicking. Quote
BigAl Posted October 28, 2014 Author Report Posted October 28, 2014 Brown must start the next game. He did well and it was a luxury to see such half decent kicking. 100% certain that he will. Clangers will have to fight to regain the jersey......unless of course Brown fucks it up Quote

Clangers will have to fight to regain the jersey......unless of course Brown fucks it up He would have to be, surely. Could really do with another victory tomorrow night, we need to try and get some momentum going. Something we've failed to do all season. How long until Anderson is back? Quote
BigAl Posted October 30, 2014 Author Report Posted October 30, 2014 Three games, three shut outs for Brown Get comfy on the bench Jamie Quote
