Guest fatshaft Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 Moved to 6pm for German telly Should now be on Ch5 because of this. http://www.afc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/clubNewsDetail/0,,10284~1210340,00.html The Dons home UEFA Cup last thirty-two first leg clash against Bayern Munich will kick-off at 6 pm on Thursday February 14th Tickets for the home leg went on sale to season ticket holders and shareholders (those with a minimum of 260 from the original allocation) this morning. To clarify, season ticket holders and shareholders, who meet the above criteria, will only be entitled to 1 ticket for the match. Likewise, if you have both a season ticket and shares of more than 260 you will still only qualify for 1 ticket. Those season ticket holders who are members of the Auto Cup scheme are advised that payment for this match was run at the beginning of the week so please check your bank statements to ensure a debit was made and that your card will work for the game. If payment was not taken from your account or if you have any other queries regarding the Auto Cup scheme, please call the ticket office on 087 1983 1903. As expected there has been exceptional demand for tickets, with phones lines and the ticket office at Pittodrie being extremely busy this morning. Season ticket holders and shareholders are reminded that they have until close of business on Wednesday 16th January to secure their seats and guarantee themselves a ticket for this unmissable match. Remaining tickets will then be available from Thursday 17th January, on a first come, first served basis, to supporters who have two different vouchers from the home games against Kilmarnock (8th December 2007), Inverness Caley Thistle (2nd January 2008) or Hearts (26th January 2008). These tickets can be purchased in advance. In the unlikely event of any tickets remaining, they will go on general sale on Monday 4th February. Prices for the game will be: Main Stand & RDS padded: adult £35, concession £24, under 12s £13. RDS, South Stand: adult £28, concession £20, under 12s £10. Merkland Stand: adult £21, concession £11, under 12s £7. Quote
Kowalski Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 This is no use to anyone that works in Dyce. How can they ever make a kick off at Tynecastle at 7.45 when they can't reach Pittodrie by 6? Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 I have booked my ticket. All the way from Vegas in a wheelchair. Fuck Dyce!! Quote

Kowalski Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 Just heard that Franck Ribery had 10,000 euros on Bayern reaching the last 32 of the UEFA Cup. But his bookie refused to pay up due to the state of his coupon! Quote

Goldie03 Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 I think since it is going to be played on Valentine's Day the club should have a poetry competition with the winner being awarded 2 tickets for the match and they should give out red and white heart ballons on the night Quote

Harcus Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 I think since it is going to be played on Valentine's Day the club should have a poetry competition with the winner being awarded 2 tickets for the match and they should give out red and white heart ballons on the night or perhaps they could tune into the spirit of the day, and mutter to themselves all day about how it's a stupid, made-up day, before panicking at the last minute, and sending an office employee to the nearest garage for 20,000 bunches of half-dead flowers and some over-priced chocolate. Kowalski Posted January 20, 2008 Report Posted January 20, 2008 Rangers game appears to be on the 13th, so good chance BBC will show the Bayern home game? For the return leg, both games appear to be on at around the same time. Quote
