manc_don Posted March 10, 2016 Report Posted March 10, 2016 Shinnie being overlooked is a disgrace. Who the fuck is Oliver Burke?! Appears to be England and plays for Forest...doubt he's better than Shinnie. In all fairness, has the squad been announced? That's just stating new caps? Quote
dandy Posted March 10, 2016 Report Posted March 10, 2016 Two squads have been announced and Shinnies not in either. Anya in as a defender in one, a midfielder in the other! Fukien Hutton and Whittaker still in squad! Bit of a joke really. Quote

RicoS321 Posted March 10, 2016 Report Posted March 10, 2016 I'm really excited to see what the young prospect Greer is like at centre half. I've heard a lot of good things about him. Definitely one for the future. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted March 10, 2016 Report Posted March 10, 2016 Supposedly only 4 players under 24 and two of them play the same position. Tierney in ahead of Shinnie is laughable and shows the whole thing up for what it is - a massive waste of time. Strachan also mentioned Reynolds as being unlucky not to get called up - he's clearly seen fuck all of us this season because Reynolds has been even worse than he was last season. Quote
tlg1903 Posted March 10, 2016 Report Posted March 10, 2016 Couldn't agree more. Still at least there's no chance of Shinnie getting injured on international duty Quote

RicoS321 Posted March 10, 2016 Report Posted March 10, 2016 Given that only one of the Tims is making the trip abroad (Mulgrew, who's in need of games because he's not long back from injury), it's less likely they'll suffer from exhaustion. I expect the squad was discussed in advance with the Tims. Quote
flooter Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 Started tonight as the no10, decent first half. Quote
manc_don Posted March 24, 2017 Report Posted March 24, 2017 Interesting wee read this: https://thebackpassrule.wordpress.com/2017/03/23/unleashing-kenny-mclean-aberdeen-push-up-midfielder-to-move-up-the-table/ Pretty much summarizes what we all expected, although I thought he had more assists than that. Stewart Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 McInnes has confirmed he's told him he won't sign a new contract. Time to drop him then? Quote
Garlogie_Granite Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 McInnes has confirmed he's told him he won't sign a new contract. Time to drop him then? Yup, not been good enough this year. And get rid of that twat Ball as well. Quote
Jute Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 McInnes has confirmed he's told him he won't sign a new contract. Time to drop him then? Play him until January then sell if we can or get a replacement in and drop him and let him rot in the development team. Quote
tintin Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 Be careful what you wish for. Some players don't need to be flair to be effective. COYRs Quote
BigAl Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 No great loss We move onwards with players that want to be here and play for the shirt Quote
Ten Caat Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 Try to swap for O'Halloran in January. Deal would suit both clubs and I really don't think Mclean would strengthen sevco at all Quote
baggy89 Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 Seen this on insta before logging on here. Funny that it was all sevco fan's liking it. Jack is only just being found out, canna wait for this een. Shown himself to be an ungrateful little tink, whose agent has inflated his own opinion of himself. Will never achieve the "success" he has had here. Play him tomorrow, I'm sure he'll play well to impress the team formed to replace his boyhood heroes, then make him train with the kids. Boy can't play for us beyond Jan unless he signs a pre-contract in englandshire. Seriously WEAK management if he does, and then signs for Scotland's newest club. Quote
Edinburghdon Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 Strange time to break the news... Will be a blow to lose him for nothing but I Guess it means we can sign a more natural central midfielder rather than shoehorning someone who’s always been better playing as a 10 but wasn’t as good as our other options there. Madbadteacher Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 ED I'm guessing McInnes realizes how the "Scottish" press do things and they'd have made a huge issue of it right before rasellik game, so he's pre-empted them. If so, well done. DD will be in tears (of joy) I just hope he's going to fuck off dahn saff not migrate to Pedro's posse. Quote

Could well be right there, assuming someone was going to leak the news anyway. If not it’s madness to offer up that sort of info the day before such a big game. Quote
LA-Don Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 Happy to see him go, doesn't nearly do enough. Who replaces him? We'll lose Kenny, Stewart, and Christie next summer. I think trying for an O'Halloran swap in January benefits all involved at that time and is a very good call given we lose those 3.He's not a replacement for KM but is an upgrade on Stewart out wide. Stewart has been underwhelming and I'm sure we have the chance to sign him but he's not done enough......yet. I'm keen to see him in the #10 role, he doesn't have the pace for a wide spot. Quote
donsdaft Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 Just play with 10 men. Why would we notice a difference? Hun Cunt Quote
Tyrant Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 There's no danger he'll go anywhere but the Hunnery. Who would take him? Quote
Madbadteacher Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 Weren't Birmingham or some such sniffing around in the transfer windae (or was that more Daily Record shite)? Quote
