Hewitt 11
After watching the Scotland game we were very poor all over the park normally you would see scot brown getting stuck into players he was so off the pace once game he has played . We should have started the match/ need to start with Tesco and forrest think we will park the midfield have one up front . Its a tall order to get 3rd place but a performance and luck you just never know have to hope Germany have a off night .
RicoS321
Am I right in thinking a certain ex Dundee Utd player got hid first call up as soon as he signed for ratimmy? Second call up. Possibly first to a competitive match. Certainly not a more consistent performer than Jack. And not any improved since he left the jute. Jute
Strachen suggesting in press this morning that there will be changes for tonight's game against Germany. Would hope that means Brown, Naismith and Maloney dropping out but expect it to be Robertson Anya and Fletcher dropping out to be replaced by Whittaker Forrest and the shop lifter. rocket_scientist
There have to be changes for sure. Thing is, whilst Brown, Naismith and Maloney were utter shite v. Georgia, we are so weak in terms of depth. Wee Shaun is capable of one flash of class that leads to a goal. He just didn't look capable of fuck all on Friday. I would definitely drop Broon and Naismith on principle. Naismith was appalling. He ran directly behind opponents right from the start, the lazy cunt. Unfortunately, that is probably one of the reasons why you could never be the old firm Scotland manager. Far too logical. I will not be watching that shower of shite tonight. Better things to do with my time now as the changes that are likely to happen are those that Jute has said. Useless bastards.

Edinburghdon
In fairness at least Forrest caused some problems when he was on the pitch. Mulgrew though? Jesus wept he's shambolic defensively at times. Woeful at one of the goals... Brown suspect too, strachan can't seriously be picking either based on recent form. other results have ended our qualification/play off hopes too. rocket_scientist
Was going to post exactly the same re Mulgrew. The cunt should've been binned exactly 12 months ago after Dortmund. He's the stand-out sore in this performance. Brown can do a defensive job in front of the back four but he's another that has got to be history after this campaign. The fact Strachan kept on playing Kenny Miller long past his sell-by date suggests that it's a weakness of the wee red man, some fucked up sense of loyalty. What a difference not having the cancerous Naismith on the pitch. That cunt started hiding in the first minute in Tblisi.
tom_widdows
other results have ended our qualification/play off hopes too. Not Yet Scotland win last 2 games (poland home, Gibraltar away) and Irish fail to win their last 2 games (Germany Home, Poland Away) = 3rd place for Strachan's glorious failures Then we can win one leg 1-0 and lose the other one by 2 or 6 goals as is traditional
rocket_scientist
Everyone is blind or stupid on that panel/commentators. The first goal came off his team-mate's shin, not the defender.

Fingers crossed both of them play on Saturday to a similar level. Mulgrew at the first ... horrendous. The two of them have difficulty passing the ball ten yards to a team mate - that's never a good thing for a footballer at any level let alone international level. If only Scotland had a viable alternative to Robertson at left back.... oh, wait...

I don't care how passionate he is, he was a wasted jersey today. manc_don
Shite state of affairs on and off the pitch: Hampden is shite. How much did he have to pay to get a completely obstructed view?
tom_widdows
Supposedly to get it from 1991 cup final condition to current cost approx about £70,000,000 Millenium stadium cost approx £121,000,000 For the extra 51,000,000 they got a retractable roof (supposedly the largest of its type in the world). 23,000 extra seats and this crazy idea of having the fans right behind the goals instead of a pointless former dog-track layout. SFA very quick to offer refunds HOWEVER they are apparently going to have a similar situation for the Poland match. Are we to assume this means a chunk of the South Stand will now be closed off thereby reducing the number of wheelchair spaces available? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34184457
manc_don
I could forgive an old and decrepit stadium of this, but in a stadium that was only recently rebuilt, absolutely shite state of affairs.
