Madbadteacher Posted February 8, 2016 Report Posted February 8, 2016 Celtic will host Greenock Morton in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals after a malfunction with the original draw saw them avoid a trip to Dundee United. Draw was allegedly ok up until past that point..........."let's give the timmies an easier draw type thing"? Quote
rocket_scientist Posted February 8, 2016 Report Posted February 8, 2016 We watched it live in the pub. You can't make it up. How incompetent are the fuds running Scottish football? They're not even Scottish. They're fuds by international standards, not just English standards. Embarrassing if it wasn't expected shit karma. Quote
RicoS321 Posted February 9, 2016 Report Posted February 9, 2016 Rangers get drawn at home. Then the re-draw draws Rangers at home. That's 8 from their last 8 Scottish cup ties at home (including the mis-draw). Aye, but prior to that they played Utd away they'll say. A real tough draw. That game, of course, was played at a neutral ground. Of course, with Hampden being re-developed, there was only one possible neutral venue for that game. Ibrox. Rangers have been drawn 9 times out of their last 9 to play at Ibrox. At a time when they're struggling for cash and need the most number of home games possible. Quote

Hadn't realised that, what an embarrassment. It's not like we don't know the shambles the authorities are, but for them to make it that obvious and on TV in front of the world... Quote
rocket_scientist Posted February 9, 2016 Report Posted February 9, 2016 The most farcical draw was followed by the most farcical attempted explanation. Inducing fire alarms as an example of the unexpected was tragically comical. Quote
