Amongst others, was drinking this last night. Mighty fine bottle of wine, always love a white Rioja.  Needless to say, because I was daft and mixing beer / red / White I feel like death today.

Have never tasted a white Rioja, but you have fired up my curiousity, so going to search one out very soon.

White rioja is like white Chateauneuf de pape. Just a gimmick to my taste.

I don't even like red Chateauneuf de pape so dunno why I agreed to the white.

Won't be 2.5 days before my second :)

Don't have rieslings very often but they don't get the credit they deserve.

As is my wont these days it'll be either sparkling spring waater or a cuppa

Long ago realised the alcohol wasn't good for me but took me another 15 years to finally stop. Shame as I loved a glass of Glenfarclas, but when one glass becomes a bottle, another few nips, a glass of two of wine and a few beers then it's time to quit.
