1903_Redz Posted November 23, 2016 Report Posted November 23, 2016 That was some team. Tanked them. It really was some team that! Loved them all. I was at Porkheid that day, one of my best ever away days, although i didn't get to enjoy Hans wrapping things up as my celebrations of Bobbys star jump were too much for the local constabulary . That first goal was a thing of beauty.... big Eck pings a 60 yard cross field pass to Mason who takes it first touch into his path then fires it through Bonnar. About 5000 Dandies there too. Just brilliant! Quote

A llad insane Posted November 23, 2016 Report Posted November 23, 2016 Huge support there that day, huge mob having a wonderful time walking along London Rd . on way back to Queen St. Quote
mondo Posted November 23, 2016 Report Posted November 23, 2016 Got a feeling it's going to be a classic. 20 years from now there will be a mini-mallaga embedding a video of the 2016 league cup final where we beat the celtic 1-0 (McLean 78th minute) in his countdown thread. Any clues fit your going to call tomorrows edition? Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 23, 2016 Report Posted November 23, 2016 One of my favourite matches, brilliant team; played with great pace. I have a feeling they were told before that game (and reminded again before the next league meeting between the sides that season) that Bonner was useless with anything around his feet! Quote
