For the bonus are the ones who argue that they are in the correct seat even when tickets have been produced as proof. Once had an argument in the RDL with a guy who demanded my Dad and I get 'out of his seats'. He refused to back down and got quite aggressive when we pointed out they were our season ticket seats, the row number on his tickets was different and his seats were actually for the upper tier. Steward eventually took him away. Quote
