Lencarl Posted March 15, 2018 Report Posted March 15, 2018 Hibernian manager Neil Lennon has been given a three-game touchline ban after his recent dismissal at Kilmarnock.Lennon was cited for misconduct at a match and criticism of officials in the wake of last month's 2-2 draw. The question is do touchline bans make the slightest bit of difference to the outcome of a football match. The players should be able to play their game plan with or without their manager in the dugout. Bans are a complete waste of time in my opinion. Quote
Ten Caat Posted March 15, 2018 Report Posted March 15, 2018 pretty pointless imho as they are in constant touch with the dugout via walkie talkie and could be argued they get an even better view of the game from the stand. For bans to work it has to be a total ban from the stadium for the full 24 hours of a matchday Quote
