Ten Caat Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 Well started 2nd half much better, Main bullying AOC. Need to get a grip back Quote
Lencarl Posted April 3, 2018 Author Report Posted April 3, 2018 Fantastic result. Never in doubt. We are still the second force in Scottish football. Quote
Elgindon Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 A good 3 points. Coming into a bit of form at a good time COYR Quote
Ten Caat Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 Great result even if Shinnie managed to crock his own team mate 10 minutes from the end (Kari). Onwards to Tynecastle, always a difficult ground for us but now optimistic. We seem to have rediscovered our form just at the right time. Stand Free! Quote
LA-Don Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 Well, according to red tv - suspect I know - sounds like DM got it 100% right tonight! Quote
manc_don Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 Enjoyed listening to that! Sounded like we pretty much dominated from start to finish bar a short spell in the second half. Kudos to dm for getting this absolutely spot on. Bring on Saturday! Edit: first goal: Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 Played very well tonight. Stewart, McLean and Christie did well and May looked much brighter than he has for some time. M'well didnt offer much but we dealt with their two big lads up front very well. Having Lewis back is so good. His communication is great and you can see the defence feel a lot more comfortable with him there. Quote
Jute Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 McLean took his goal very well. Thought we played well in miserable conditions and never looked in any danger of losing although until we scored did wonder where the goal was coming from. 962 Dons fans there tonight which was a decent effort. TheDeeDon Posted April 4, 2018 Report Posted April 4, 2018 A really good win for us and at a place where we possibly expected a difficult game, but we seemed to control it for most of the game. Seem to be finding a bit of form at the right time and long may it continue. Good to see Stewart get some game time. I really think there is a player in him, how you get the best out of him consistently is one for the manager to ponder, but a run of games certainly helps. Another tricky game coming up at the weekend and we have to go in to it with the same mindset as last night and play to our strengths and not theirs. COYR Quote
Tyrant Posted April 4, 2018 Report Posted April 4, 2018 Was a wee bit worried about this one after seeing Curtis Main bully the Huns the other day. And given the fact that we've only got one really good centre back I thought there'd be more of the same. Thankfully we got the job done and by all accounts Deek got the formation right. Good stuff.
