tossani Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 Good evening, This is my first post. I am writing from Florence. I am Italian. I hope that you may be able to help me or if not are able to pass my enquiry on to someone who may be able to assist (e.g. the historian/statistician of your club). I compile the records for the Scotland International team with details as line-ups, clubs of the players, scorers etc.on the Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation (RSSSF) website that is an international organization dedicated to collecting statistics about association football. We do not know if our records are correct in relation to Ryan Christie in the 2017-18 season and hope that you might be able to help. We know that ‘On (17 ?) June 2017 Aberdeen signed on loan Ryan Christie from Celtic until .……?’ We have not the precise date of the start & end of his loan spell. Newspapers on line talk about the end simply as ‘until the end of the season’ and football websites disagree about the dates of his loan spell showing different ones. So, please, at what precise dates did the loan start & end? Any help you can give will be very much appreciated. Quote
Jute Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 Best bet is probably the afc heritage site which has quite a bit of historical information on the club. Link to the site is below. http://www.afcheritage.org/main.cfm Quote
tlg1903 Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 he signed on a one season long loan. Quote
tossani Posted October 30, 2018 Author Report Posted October 30, 2018 Thanks. I checked afc heritage, it has not those dates. It is impossible to me cheking the site suggested by tlg1903. However many clues show 31 May as the date of loan spell end. Is it possible in your opinion that 31 May is really "the end of season" ? If it was yes, the doubt would be solved. Thank you very much Quote
tlg1903 Posted October 30, 2018 Report Posted October 30, 2018 Aye that would be about right, scottish cup was before that and that's the end of season Quote
