As the title suggests.  Why has everyone gone all Jose Mourinho with the hand shake?  I am sure he was the one that started this matey hand shake nonsense, now everyone is at it.

 

I even watched some highlights of the senior golf last night and even they did not shake hands properly.  What is going on?
