ayrshire_don74 Posted August 15, 2019 Report Posted August 15, 2019 the dressing room is toxic and the manager has limited man management skills .. ? Quote
Tyrant Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 Personally I think it's unfair to blame the manager being a clueless cunt on McKenna and his spastic agent without a shred of evidence. Quote
Reidzer 1314 Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 If the McKenna situation has caused any unrest in the dressing room that then is down to McKenna and agent making themselves look like a couple of prize plums. Aberdeen however should have taken the Aston Villa offer back in January as at the moment, we would be lucky if anyone returns with even £3million for him in January. Quote
Ten Caat Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 Villa offer was a year ago. And was a 6 month initial loan with a vague clause in it which might have resulted in a £6million deal come the January. But suspect also had a "return to sender" clause if he turned out to be shyte. Essentially they tried to get him on a 6 month trial for free. But he certainly hasn't developed much if any in the past 12 months. He has cemented himself as first pick for Scotland but that is more to do with the lack of any great competition for the place rather than any great form McKenna has shown. If Celtic offered £5million cash the I think we should snap it up. But I suspect if they do come back in it would likely be £3million plus Hendry and Hayes. And we should tell them to fuck right off with that Quote
donsdaft Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 We should always tell Celtic to fuck right off. Quote
TheDeeDon Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 I have many gripes against McInnes, but I do think he is close to the players and I doubt there is a dressing room revolt. That said maybe DM has just been caught with Big Ash's Mrs again. Quote
LA-Don Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 Think the dressing room is just fine and DM has a strong relationship with the players. That’s part of the problem, he’s too close and they probably don’t ‘fear’ him. Quote
ayrshire_don74 Posted August 18, 2019 Author Report Posted August 18, 2019 bump for this evident today his head isnt right bullied all over the place not at the races and other players off the boil... Quote
