mizer Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 Some tims suggesting that tickets for the game will be sold at £17. Still not a cheap at our end on numbers. Quote
Ajja Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 Some tims suggesting that tickets for the game will be sold at £17. Still not a cheap at our end on numbers. Still a little pricey for two spikes of metal, a broken LCD screen, cunting coppers and the smell of unwashed shell suits. Quote
Mackie's ace! Posted March 11, 2008 Author Report Posted March 11, 2008 Club doesn't know the price yet but SC orders have to be in by Thursday. Quote
TheChimp Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 Club doesn't know the price yet but SC orders have to be in by Thursday. All ticket? You've got to be fucking kidding me? Quote
Mackie's ace! Posted March 11, 2008 Author Report Posted March 11, 2008 What's our normal allocation? 1100ish? Good chance of it being fairly full. Anyway, it'll be because the clubs require the name and address of everyone for Old Firm games so therefore can't do pay at gate. Quote
mizer Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 Sneckie, is DD on holiday or something? The SC email is a bit confusing and has a document which I cant open. Quote

Normal allocation is 1100ish, but if Celtic Park has anything over 30k at the game then I'll be surprised. And cup allocations are supposed to be larger so we can ask for 6k if we want. I suppose we can blame the morons in our support for the name and address of everyone ruling. Quote
Mackie's ace! Posted March 11, 2008 Author Report Posted March 11, 2008 Sneckie, is DD on holiday or something? The SC email is a bit confusing and has a document which I cant open. Do you not read your emails? He doesn't do SC stuff anymore. And the email was sent again with the attachments. Why would we ask for 6000 when we wouldn't fill it? It's an OF requirement so I'm assuming it's partly to do with them as well as us requiring it. I can't imagine there even being a pay at gate operation when Gretna go to Celtic Park. Quote
Mackie's ace! Posted March 11, 2008 Author Report Posted March 11, 2008 Dear Supporters Clubs CELTIC V ABERDEEN TUESDAY 18th MARCH 2008 7.45pm Please find enclosed your ticket order form for the forthcoming away fixture against Celtic which is an all ticket match. I would respectfully request that all orders are submitted no later than FRIDAY 14th March by telephoning 087 1983 1903, e-mail at supporters@afc.co.uk or by returning the order form by mail to Ticket Office, Pittodrie Stadium, Aberdeen, AB24 5QH. Due to the high demand for tickets, we may be forced to restrict orders if we are oversubscribed This is done by looking at how many briefs each club has ordered in the past and allocating the tickets based on this. Please be aware that any cancellations of tickets must be made before Friday 14th March 2008, otherwise we may not be able to offer a refund. Please indicate on the order form if you wish your tickets to be posted or collected, by ticking the appropriate box. Please add the postage fee of £1 to your total remittance if you wish the tickets posted and you have not sent in a stamped addressed envelope. Finally, I would once again like to take the opportunity to thank you for your co-operation, and your valued support. Yours sincerely, Louise Ramsey Ticketing Services Agent Quote
Guest BTR Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 Anyway, it'll be because the clubs require the name and address of everyone for Old Firm games so therefore can't do pay at gate. On a side note, Strathclyde's finest enforced a "sit where we tell you" policy at Ibrox last week, flying in the face of the already ridiculous "you must sit in your allocated seat" nonsense. This was over and above the heavy-handed police escort we got from the Albion beforehand. Quote
mizer Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 As a thank you to supporters for the fantastic backing they've given the team throughout the season, AFC, in partnership with Celtic, are offering tickets for next week's Scottish Cup quarter-final replay at a considerably reduced price, with the chance to bring kids for FREE. Tickets for the match at CelticPark (kick-off 7.45pm) will go on sale from Thursday 13th March from the Pittodrie Ticket Office or by calling 087 1983 1903. The tickets are priced at £15 for adult, with the opportunity for all adults to take advantage of a FREE child ticket (Under 16). The FREE ticket applies to Under 16s only. All adult ticket purchasers will be able to get their first child ticket FREE, with all subsequent child tickets being priced at £5. Quote
