Scottish Premiership: Aberdeen v Rangers

Andy Murray

Murray is a class act on and off the court.

I think this year is between Murray, Djokovic and Nadal at Wimbledon. Federer won't win another slam. I think Murray will get the better of Nadal on grass but Djokovic is a whole other kettle of fash.

I watched the documentary on the BBC last night. Enjoyed it but there was little or nothing in it that I didn't already know. It was a shame that they had to "address" the whole anti-England banter because the English morons threw their arms up but never mind. Good watch.

Any player other than Djokovic should be really. Apart from maybe Rafa. The two of them win when they want.

So you think the current No.2 in the world, current US Open champion, Olympic gold medalist (at the venue this grand slam event is at) and last year's beaten finalist is a 10/1 shot? I'd say 4/1 is good value with all that conisdered.

I think folk are getting a bit over-excited here. I don't think all that much has changed. I always expected Andy to get the better of Nadal or Federer this year anyway. If he keeps his cool and concentration he should reach the final maybe slightly fresher but these guys are no mugs. Robredo is no mug. The main hurdle is and always was Djokovic. Still predicting a Novak win.

Totally unpredictable so far so anything could happen, but looking at the draw, a Murray v Djokovic final would mean Murray playing Robredo - Troicki - Verdasco or Monaco - Paire/Almagro/Stakhovsky. Whereas Djokovic would probably play Chardy - Lopez - Gasquet/Berdych - Ferrer/Del Potro.

No doubt Djokovic's side of the draw is by far the tougher, although anyone could beat anyone. That Stakhovsky guy might really have a chance himself!

I agree with you min but there are no names that should really trouble Djokovic. His side of the draw is now undoubtedly tougher but none of them are good enough to be a Djokovic who's truly at the top of his game and career. Roger and Rafa are/were not.
