Scottish Premiership - Kilmarnock v Aberdeen

I think Clarkson is playing further up the pitch. Certainly was yesterday with shinnie playing the anchor.

I'd be surprised if sokler doesn't push bojan out of the starting line up this season.

Not a fan of the attacking wing back and felt both Johnny and Morris were crap yesterday.  Certainly an area where a specialist is needed.

I did think that Duncan did ok in that position as the game went on.

Are Scales and Killian still in the equation? First line up,would you not swap Dadia(a bit slow apparently) for Devlin(to bomb up/down the right).

2nd line up,why not have Duk behind Sokler and Miovski.Entertaining at least....

Thing is we don't know what Dadia has been signed as. A RB, a RWB, or to play right of a back three.

I tend to think if Robson gets all his signings in, that formation yesterday would be different. Teklic (I know he's not signing, I'm just picking a player he targeted) wouldn't have played RWB I don't think.

And, you may be right about getting Sokler, Miovski and Duk into the same team. Was never gonna happen yesterday because Miovski not fit enough for 90 minutes yet (and neither is Duk probably), but who knows. A 5-2-3 maybe.

Little disappointed by the lack of activity given we’re just over a week until league starts. At the same time, good players will be in demand. Still think we’re missing at least one winger and a creative midfielder, any rumors other than scales and the Croatian defender??

Rumour I heard yesterday and has now been noted on the RTG pod is Rocco Vata (Celtic on loan). Striker but played wing a lot recently. Very highly thought of apparently.

also apparently chris Harvey was on the news yesterday saying Rubezic is just being held up by red tape. Anyone else see it?

We defo need to add a wee bit more depth but it's worth remembering we aren't even half way through the window.

No more loans from either of the weegie bigots. Even if a player who played in the Lowland League last season is good enough for our first team we should still be giving game time to our own young players instead.

A loan from the Old Firm is fine if there's a chance it might be made into a permanent deal, and he improves the team.

Ryan Christie did a (mostly) fine job and we tried to sign him, we were scuppered at the 11th hour I believe.

Liam Scales post-Goodwin was a big part in us reaching Europe and there's a chance he might sign if we can agree a price with Celtic.

Adam Montgomery was a bit shit. But had he been good we probably would have tried to sign him.

Rocco Vata - apparently a cracking player. I'd rather have him than Shayden Morris. Think the rumour has already been rubbished though.

Inside Futbol suggesting Hellas Verona are preparing a bid of €1M for Ramadani, but the player would prefer to move to Lecce despite their offer being less. Hes been a decent player for us over the year, but if he is determined to go then we should only accept the higher offer

Ramadani to Italy: He has his moments but I've always felt if we want to go up a level he's one player we need to improve on.

If Barron can rediscover his form pre-injury then I think he can go on to be a better player. I think one thing we'll see with Robson is a few players improving after the clusterfuck that was the Goodwin era.

Polvara will likely be given another chance too since he's unlikely to play in defence once Rubezic, Williams and McDonald all fit.

Plus, chances are we'll sign another midfielder anyway. So cheers Rama for helping Miovski settle in Aberdeen, and cheers for the transfer fee, enjoy Italy, I hear it's nice there.

I think Rama is like willo flood, had his fans but also some didn’t rate him. I think rama does a job for us, we’ve just struggled for flair, creativity, and width and he does more than he should. Will be tough to replace.
